day 1 in writing

this is nowhere near day 1 of my "training"...but i don't know how else to start this!

we're just going to dive in with today's workout:

5 mile run
45 minutes cross training (workout video in my basement)...a little cardio...mostly strength training

  4. you are a little crazy, especially with 4 kids, but I'm sure you can do it. I don't know how you find that much time to workout.
