i ran!!!

3 sets of:
30 pushups
100 crunches
100 jump rope

ran for 30 minutes...well, ran 2 minutes, walked 1 min over and over.
on the treadmill.
total of about 2 1/2 miles.
it felt GREAT!
the test will be how my hip feels tomorrow morning.

i was at the gym running.
and i kept having to take the hUGE smile
OFF my face...people probably thought i was NUTS!
it felt SO good!!!!!!
